Integrated Energy Therapy
“Healing trauma without any drama” captures the essence of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET). This hands-on modality taps into energy channels to release limiting patterns from your past, empowering and supporting you in the present and allowing you to move freely into your future.
During an IET session you lie on a massage table, fully clothed, ready to relax. You have already identified the issue or emotion to be released. You have established an intention for the work to be done. The practitioner places her or his hands on specific energy channels and directs energy to those places to gather the energy of the issue in the cells. The emotion or issue is then released with another hand position. And finally Integrated Energy is directed into the channel with a positive intent. For example, at the crown chakra the issue released is guilt and the positive aspect integrated is innocence. The integration points go from the crown chakra to the kidneys. The session may last from 60 to 90 minutes. The end result of the session leaves you feeling relaxed, revitalized and reconnected. One of my clients expressed it this way, "I feel new!"
