"Everybody needs someone in their inner to be their counselor." (Meganizm)
Inner Counselor provides a framework for on-going personal growth and spiritual transformation by utilizing a comprehensive Integration Chart and a 15-step Inner Counselor Process™. The guided imagery process, aforementioned, and the Integration Chart are designed to help participants engage the mind, body, and spirit in a journey of healing, integration and transformation. The results are very powerful and rapid.
The Inner Counselor transformation process includes working with a comprehensive Integration Chart that expands awareness. This provides a conceptual framework for personal and spiritual growth. Reactive experiences of fear, anger, shame, blame and guilt affect the energy centers known as chakras. By using will and desire these experiences are up drafted to responsive experiences of harmony and integration. Strength, freedom, creativity, control, connection, acceptance, reciprocal love, trust, peace and joy are qualities that are integrated as one is able to move through self actualization to self realization, and finally on the path to enlightenment.
The 15 step Inner Counselor Process ™ is a tool to facilitate moving from reactive experiences to responsive experiences, as well as a tool for clinical intervention for symptoms relief. It is a guided imagery exercise using contact with higher consciousness (through the High Self) to bring healing and cohesiveness to the mental and emotional aspects of the personality. This process accesses all levels of consciousness, including energy centers in the body. During the exercise key emotions are felt in the body; an incident of origin is re-visited; needs are assessed by the participant; and through the use of symbolic insight and visualization, resolution is achieved. The Inner Counselor Process™ takes approximately 20 minutes. One to six sessions are often all that is required to make significant change in one’s life.
