Centering

"First you go left, then right and then when you get to the middle - you're centered."  (Meganizm)

Centering -- getting the brain and body organized and centered:

Our personal eco-system of energy field and body contains energetic pathways. This energy operates much as a battery does with positive and negative poles.  When the energy moves in the correct direction the “battery” is operating and the brain is organized.  When there is an energy reversal the brain becomes disorganized.  Also the body needs to be centered in the energy field.  When we are off center this too creates neurological disorder.  Centering techniques are useful in correcting the situation known as polarity/psychological reversal and neurological disorganization. The condition can be assessed and then corrected by a series of energy exercises.

Trauma, strong uncomfortable emotions, electronic equipment and wave energy (MRI, x-ray, computer) are some things that can get you un-centered.  When too much energy is forward you may feel anxious and "on the run".  But when too much energy is to the back direction you may feel like a "couch potato" or experience depression symptoms.  If the energy is lop-sided you may feel "beside yourself".  When we are centered and grounded our energy flows in a balanced manner grounding us in the body and to the earth.  This facilitates mental and emotional balance in our life.  You are more connected to yourself, you are more present to the moment.  You are more relaxed, revitalized and reconnected.  I can teach you how to get and stay centered.  Call for an appointment today.

Indicators of the energy field/brain requiring centering are as follows:

• Energy treatments don’t work or hold
• The person is clumsy  or awkward in movement
• Gait is uneven and the arms do not swing evenly when walking
• Reversals in actions and thought
• Person feels off in timing
• Confusion
• Hyperactivity
• Reading makes one feel sleepy
• Mental blocks in certain areas e.g. math
• Irritability, negative moods
• Negative self talk
• Self sabotaging behaviour, procrastination
• Common descriptions of not being centered: “beside himself”, “spaced out”

Centering may be useful for dyslexia, stuttering, anxiety disorders, ADHD
