Events and Retreats

Superior Living Consulting offers retreats to help you relax, revitalize and reconnect.  Currently the retreats are one or two days.  The intention is to provide you with skills that allow you to balance and manage your energetic system thus enabling you to remain healthy and balanced.  The participant numbers vary from 6 to 12 to allow supervision and safety in the program.  Small custom retreats are also an option should you wish to participate with family or close friends.  If you have a group of people interested in doing a workshop or retreat we can customize something for you with a minimum of 4 people.

Some retreats may be co-facilitated with others who bring new skills to enhance the workshops.  Watch for postings on the website to alert you to new developments; new opportunities for you to revitalize your life.
